In order to advocate scientific early childhood education concept, and establish advanced kindergarten management system, on October 18th, sponsored by the Education Bureau of Wangjiang County and undertaken by Wangjiang Foreign Language School, the preschool education training activities were carried out as scheduled in beautiful Anqing Foreign Language School.

In the morning, under the leadership of Li Hongmei, Head of preschool education of the Education Bureau of Wangjiang County, and accompanied by Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli, Vice Principals Liu Bing, Lu Dan and other leaders, more than 60 principals from kindergartens of Wangjiang County, public central kindergartens and private-owned kindergartens visited the school history museum, student craft studio, each department and the outdoor expansion base. Afterwards, they came to the orange garden to pick and taste oranges. Later on, at 1.30 P.M. everyone arrived at Weilun International Kindergarten. First of all, President Madam Huang Wenli delivered a keynote speech, expressing warm welcome to everyone, which was followed by a lecture made by Kindergarten Principal Ma Xiu with the title of ‘How to be an Expert Kindergarten Principal’. Specifically, this lecture includes theoretical introduction, interesting activities, and situational interaction with profundity and an easy-to-understand approach, which not only made each and every one understand the role of principals, but also master how principals manage pressure.

To conclude, good time is always so short. Everyone has not given full expression to their views, however, they gained a lot. More remarkably, this training really promoted the sharing and exchange of interschool experience, which well demonstrated the concept of modern early childhood education!
